FOCUS ON THE PLAN, NOT THE PROBLEM.
We focus on Tax appeals throughout New Jersey. New Jersey has some of the highest property taxes in the Nation. In most cases the fair market value of properties here in New Jersey is decreasing every year and the property taxes seem to increase. As a taxpayer you have the right to appeal your property assessment every year. The Middleton Law office has over 30+ years of legal experience and has helped thousands of taxpayers in New Jersey reduce their property tax burden. We are confident that we can use our experience and talent to attain a successful result for you. Our goal is to reduce your property tax assessment in order to put more money in your pocket.
We typically seek property tax reductions on a contingency fee basis, meaning you pay nothing for our legal services unless a reduction in assessment is achieved. We do have hourly rates available as well.
We will prepare your appeal & forms, provide an evidence & comparable worksheet, file your Petition by the deadline to the County, Assessor & Clerk, and negotiate your settlement or try your case before the County Board of Taxation. NO legal fee is due to the firm UNLESS your assessment is reduced.
We will provide a no-cost review.
*There is NO LEGAL FEE for a preliminary analysis of your property for a tax appeal.*
WE OFFER NOTARY SERVICES, AS WELL AS ELECTRONIC NOTARY SERVICE!
