WALL TOWNSHIP

Monmouth County, property taxes, tax appeal, new jersey, taxes, tax appeals, attorney, property tax

MR. MIDDLETON WAS APPOINTED AS TAX COUNSEL FOR WALL TOWNSHIP IN JANUARY 2020

WE CAN NOT ACCEPT TAX APPEALS FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED IN WALL TOWNSHIP.

HOW IT WORKS!

Monmouth County, property taxes, tax appeal, new jersey, taxes, tax appeals, attorney, property tax

STEP 1: Determine if you are entitled to a property tax assessment reduction.

Real estate property taxes are based on assessed values which are often incorrect or outdated. Fill out one of our property tax appeal forms on this page to be reviewed for a potential property tax appeal. All reviews of property tax assessment come at NO COST to you! We only get paid if we reduce your property tax assessment!!!

STEP 2: We determine if your case is worth pursuing.

We perform a preliminary review on your property to determine if your case is worth pursuing. If we feel there is enough evidence to pursue your case we will then send you a fee agreement letter outlying the next steps & requesting additional information in order to build your case.

STEP 3: We appeal your property assessment.

We gather all the information & evidence needed for your appeal and fill out a property tax appeal forms on your behalf. Then, we file the tax appeal forms with the County Tax board, the  Assessor and the clerk. Once the appeal is filed all appeals are scheduled for a hearing date.  Most properties are negotiated with the assessor prior to the actual hearing date. The ones that aren't negotiated go to the hearing to be heard in front of the commissioner. Someone who is listed on the deed will need to attend with the attorney as the expert witness for their property.

*Due to COVID-19 Most hearings are being held Virtually!

STEP 4: You save money!

In most cases you will receive a refund OR credit of the overpayment in taxes. Only once we succeed in reducing your property taxes do we receive payment from you. If we don't succeed in lowering your assessment, there is no charge! If you pay your taxes through your mortgage company its always a good idea to contact them to make sure they have made the adjustment.
